Indicator Reference Sheets (test page)

This is a working test version, not the final designed page, and not yet hardened by real-document testing. This tool works from indicators that already exist somewhere, provide at least one of the three inputs below.

The Word file carries an auto-updating Table of Contents. Open it, press Ctrl+A then F9, and choose "update entire table".
